CricitApp
Privacy Policy
CricitApp stores the cricket you log so it can read it back to you. This page explains what that means.
Last updated: June 2026
The short version
We store your cricket so we can show it back to you. We do not use the IDFA. We do not run advertising SDKs. Product analytics never include your name, email, notes, Coach conversations, or Goal titles. You can edit or delete your records, and you can delete your account in the app.
What CricitApp processes
- Account details. Your authentication identity: a user ID, email sign-in details, and identity information Apple supplies with Sign in with Apple.
- Your cricketer profile. Profile fields you fill in and an optional profile photo.
- Your cricket. Teams, opponents, venues, matches, scorecards, notes, and Insights generated from them.
- Coach and Goals. Conversations, messages, inspectable memory and preferences, feedback, usage allowances, and Goals with progress.
- Subscription state. Subscription identifiers and entitlement snapshots via RevenueCat and Apple.
- Content-free product analytics. Random installation or session identifiers, timestamps, app version metadata, and simple events like “match logged”. Never free text.
What we avoid
- No IDFA and no advertising SDKs.
- No analytics events containing email, names, notes, Coach content, Goal titles, or other free text you write.
- No selling of your data. The business model is a subscription.
Providers
- Supabase. Authentication, database, storage, and server functions. Where your logbook lives.
- Mailgun. Authentication emails from
hi.cricit.app. - OpenAI. Powers Coach and Insights. Requests include only
the bounded context needed for the feature, with storage disabled
(
store: false). - RevenueCat. Subscription entitlement state.
- Apple. App Store purchases, billing, offer eligibility, and transaction history.
Providers keep their own operational, security, backup, and transaction records under their own terms. CricitApp cannot promise deletion of records it cannot inspect or control.
What you control
- Edit or delete any of your cricket records.
- Inspect and delete individual Coach memories.
- Delete Coach conversations.
- Create, pause, complete, abandon, or delete Goals.
- Delete your account from Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
A self-service data export is not available today. See data ownership for what deletion covers.
When you delete your account
After a valid authenticated request, CricitApp removes your profile photo, deletes analytics and subscription-webhook rows tied to you, and deletes your authentication user. That cascades through your profile, teams, opponents, venues, matches, scorecards, Insights, subscription snapshots, Coach threads, messages, memories, feedback, Goals, and Goal proposals. The app then clears local drafts and caches and signs you out.
A few things sit outside that:
- Device-level state, like the random analytics installation ID, is not an account record. It goes away when you remove the app’s data.
- Apple transaction history and billing are not deleted by CricitApp. Cancel subscriptions in App Store settings.
- Providers may retain legally or operationally required records under their own policies.
